By the end of this module, the participant has a realistic, written movement plan that includes daily walking, 2–3 simple strength sessions per week, and basic mobility work. By the end of this module, the participant’s home, pantry, and weekly schedule are reshaped to support change instead of sabotage. They will have removed the worst BP/belly triggers, created “potluck-proof” rules, and built a simple daily rhythm for meals, movement, and sleep.

By the end of this module, the participant can reliably build a BP & belly-friendly plate without overthinking and has 8–12 simple core meals on rotation. Their eating pattern will be more plant-strong, higher in fiber and potassium, lower in sugar and processed foods, setting the stage for measurable BP and waist improvements.


MODULE 6 – Personalize & Troubleshoot Plateaus

By the end of this module, the participant knows how to interpret their own trends (BP, waist, energy, sleep, cravings) and make specific adjustments instead of quitting. They will have a simple decision framework for tightening food, tweaking movement, addressing hidden offenders, and knowing when to involve their doctor.


MODULE 7 – Lock In & Maintain the New Normal

By the end of this module, the participant has 5–7 clear “rules for life,” a written relapse-and-recovery plan, and a 3–6 month follow-up blueprint for BP and waist tracking. They will leave with a sustainable lifestyle anchored in daily habits, faith-based motivation, and concrete options for ongoing support rather than a temporary 12-week streak.
